scarf attempt

My third attempt at making a scarf. It took about 4 months to finish the first one for my kell bell. Next up, starting a scarf for my love 2.5 years ago. I had a horrible setup and I quit before I finished 6 inches. After last week's goodwill loom find, I was able to "get-ur-done" in 3 days.

As the rain starts, I am excited to spend my evenings weaving away.

Hopefully the first of many.

bag time

i needed to add a few options to the trusty book bag to make it a little more versatile.
before: painful straps and limited pockets (1).
supplies from oregon leather co.
after:the strap = satchel, plus there are more pockets for my keys to get lost.

food

artichoke : fail
figs : success
opt 1: fig wrapped in bacon. opt 2: fig topped with blue cheese, honey and balsamic .

lost lake

rat race in the city one day, surrounded by pines the next.
